In 2023 our “original” Deep Democracy Institute (DDI) went through a big transformation (heart). Since our foundation in 2006, we had seeded Process Work and Deep Democracy co-learning communities in Kenya, Ukraine, Russia, Palestine and Iraq, Egypt, and across Europe and USA, with learners from across the globe.

Last year, together with our global graduates, we started a transformation process resulting in the creation/emergence of the Deep Democracy Alliance, an alumni network of DDI diplomats, a spacious diverse co-learning community and an ecosystem where various autonomous regions, teams, and individuals collaborate.

The “original” community under the umbrella of Deep Democracy Institute International are now autonomous independent regional organizations, and/or diverse “mobs” (co-working teams that found each other) and individuals.

At this point, DDI Kenya, DDI Thailand and DDI Ukraine are the regional communities with their own organizational structures, providing their own trainings, and facilitating their own communities.
