1.⁠ ⁠If you have not yet joined our Co-Learner Alliance whatsapp group, please join us! (write to us and we will send you a link)

2. Hang around classes and seminars (posted on DDI Alliance Co-Learner Whatsapp string, and soon on website) to get to know our DD Alliance Diplomats (soon also listed with short bios on this webpage). 

2.⁠ ⁠As you take the classes, find a coach. If you have no preference, you might try out a few sessions with different people. 

3.⁠ ⁠If you can settle on a coach that you “click” with, continue with your own learning joys, and aim at somewhat regular sessions.

4.⁠ ⁠Together with your coach, work together on your dreams and dreaming process. This will start to sculpt a learning journey for you.

5.⁠ ⁠By the time you are ready for a mid-point outlook review (called in many PW trainings “Phase 1 Exams”) you need to have a guiding team consisting of total 2 people, one being your coach. A new change now. One member of your guiding team should be open to connect to a “harbor pilot” (harbor pilot is an alliance diplomat that commits to regular meetings to facilitate the compliance of the DDI Int. Diploma Program with IAPOP standards). The third member can join/be added somewhere in the second phase of study.

6.⁠ ⁠The DDI Diploma has always been competency-based (not credit based). We encourage all our learners to connect with and follow learning opportunities across the alliance, across any programs you feel drawn to, and across cultures – to encourage and support individual curiosity, learning paths, and teacher flirts.

Many ways to find a coach! And they all involve “hanging around” the community!

1. Join some of the classes offered by diplomats on the alliance community string! get a feel for the facilitators and notice which you might be drawn to!

2. Get to know some of the coaches by reading interactions on the community strings – you might find yourself pulled towards someone or a few. 

3. We, DDI alliance members, are in the process of posting our bios on a website – soon you will be able to check us out online!

If you find yourself feeling pulled toward any of our DDI Alliance Coaches, please reach out to that person and ask for a session it’s as simple as that. 

All questions related to individual study path you/each of us will get to work out in personal sessions with your coach (and guiding team)! 

Btw, many of us, if not all, don’t charge for a first session.

Firstly: we have a principle to make learning accessible for everyone. Anyone who would like to study can–lack finance will not stand in the way.

We offer scholarships for courses. Individual arrangements can be made with your coach for private sessions and supervisions.

Costs for Training Include:

Coaching 1 x month/ year is approx. 1500/year (ranging from 1,000–3,000/year depending on amount of sessions and hourly fee);

Classes and Seminars between 1000 and 4000/year;

Student Admin fee is 0;

Supervision is 500-1000/year for the final 2 years of study.

Although the training is competency based, and not based on completion of requirements, the entire diploma can be completed within 4-6 years.

However, timing and pace is up to you! Some learners come in and out of the training, or study “part time” depending on life design and dreampath.

The Squad is a team that facilitates Deep Democracy Institute International Diploma Program development: Dr. Ellen Schupbach, Dr. Ruth Weyermann, Anna Pujol, MA, and Dr. Yuliya Filippovska.

Deep Democracy (also called Process Work) is a global, whole system approach to facilitate change, self-realization and self-discovery for individuals, families, teams, organizations, and governments. 

Developed by Arnold Mindell in 1980s, the paradigm brings out the deepest selves of individuals, the underlying spirits of teams and organizations, and the invisible unity that is present in the midst of diversity, conflict, and strife.  It can be used to coach individuals, facilitate teams and organizations, and lead and support national and international processes across communities and borders. It is a scientific model that integrates perspectives from physics, psychology, and complexity science.

The “original” community under the umbrella of Deep Democracy Institute International is now autonomous independent regional organizations, and/or diverse “mobs” (co-working teams that found each other) and individuals.

At this point, DDI Kenya, DDI Thailand and DDI Ukraine are regional communities with their own organizational structures, providing their own trainings, and facilitating their own communities.
